In terms of Section 11(2) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law No. 2002 (September 2018) (herein referred to as the SPLUMA By-law, “the Municipal Planning Registrar may require an applicant to consult the public at the applicant’s expense by means of any combination of the methods of public notice contemplated in item 1 of Schedule 5”.
