It is the intention of KwaDukuza Municipality Municipality to dispose its redundant assets & equipment by a public auction through section 14 of the Municipal Finance Management Act 25 no 56 of 2003; we hereby invite Closed Quotation/Proposals for the above in terms of Regulation 18 of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Policy.
The physical address for Bid Documents collection & submission is: The KwaDukuza Municipality, Supply Chain Management Unit, 2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuza upon presentation of a receipt proving prior payment of a non-refundable fee of R 23.00 (inclusive of VAT), having been made at the Municipal Finance Directorate, General Justice Mpanza Building, 104 Mahatma Gandhi Street, KwaDukuza. (Cash or bank guaranteed cheques only). The Bid Documents will be available from 27 October 2020, No compulsory clarification meeting will be held, except of the fact that; queries will be address via email LuyandaT@kwadukuza.gov.za.
All Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked “CQ 2906/10 127/2020 – CLOSED QUOTE INVITATION: PROPOSAL FOR APPOINTMENT OF A MUNICIPAL AUCTIOONEER", to be placed in a Closed Quotation Box No. 2 Industria Cresent Kwadukuza 4450, by no later than 12h00 6th NOVEMBER 2020, wherein all Bid Submissions will be opened in public. No Late, electronic or faxed Bids will be accepted.
