A COMPULSORY SITE BRIEFING MEETING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON 07 February 2023 @ 10h00.am at NO.2 INDUSTRIA CRESCENT, STANGER, SCM OFFICE. NO LATE SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SITE BRIEFING MEETING. ONLY THOSE SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO PROVIDE A RECEIPT PROVING PRIOR PAYMENT AND A DOCUMENT WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. AFTER SITE BRIEFING SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL PROCEED TO SITE INSPECTION IN SALT ROCK.
Closed Quotes shall be stapled and placed in sealed envelopes, endorsed “CQ 3431/02- REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF BULK FILERS FROM SALT ROCK TO BALLITO” and must be placed in the Closed Quote Box at the SCM Unit, No.2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuza, not later than 12h00 on the 13 February 2023 where all quotes will be opened in public. Late, electronic or faxed Quotes will not be accepted.
