A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at the KwaDukuza Town Hall (Civic Complex), - (FRONT DOOR) 14 Chief Albert Luthuli Street, KwaDukuza, starting at 09h00 am on 21ST OCTOBER 2019. Failure to attend the compulsory clarification meeting will disqualify the tender. Only those contractors who are in possession of a tender document shall be permitted to attend and participate in discussion at the compulsory clarification meeting. Doors to the venue will be closed at 09H00. NO LATE BIDDERS WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND.
Tenders shall be placed in two independently sealed envelopes, clearly marked envelopes. One marked “Stage 1: Technical Proposal: with the relevant tender number, and the other marked “Stage 2: Financial Proposal – with the relevant tender number,” as outlined in the tender specifications and shall be placed in the tender box at the KwaDukuza Municipal Offices, 14 Chief Albert Luthuli Street, KwaDukuza, not later than 12h00 on the 6 NOVEMBER 2019 when the tenders will be opened in public.
